Terms and Conditions

1. Course Enrollment and Access

  • Enrollment in the California Dental Practice Act Online 2-unit CE Course is open to licensed dental professionals, including DDS, RDH, RDA, and RDAEF.
  • Access to the course materials will be provided upon successful registration and payment.

2. Course Completion Requirements

  • Participants must complete all modules and assessments to receive credit for the course.
  • A minimum passing score of 70% on the final examination is required to earn the 2 CE units.

3. Certification

  • Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion approved by the Dental Board of California.
  • Certificates will be issued electronically within three 3 business days and can be downloaded from the course portal.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of enrollment, provided no course materials have been accessed.
  • No refunds will be issued after course materials have been accessed or if the course has been partially or fully completed.

5. Technical Requirements

  • Participants must have access to a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity.
  • The course platform supports the latest versions of major web browsers. It is recommended to use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari for optimal performance.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for course administration and certification purposes.
  • Participant data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials are the intellectual property of the course provider and are protected by copyright laws.
  • Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of course materials is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The course provider is not liable for any technical issues or interruptions in service that may affect course access.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with continuing education requirements as mandated by the Dental Board of California.
