Terms and Conditions
1. Course Enrollment and Access
- Enrollment in the California Dental Practice Act Online 2-unit CE Course is open to licensed dental professionals, including DDS, RDH, RDA, and RDAEF.
- Access to the course materials will be provided upon successful registration and payment.
2. Course Completion Requirements
- Participants must complete all modules and assessments to receive credit for the course.
- A minimum passing score of 70% on the final examination is required to earn the 2 CE units.
3. Certification
- Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion approved by the Dental Board of California.
- Certificates will be issued electronically within three 3 business days and can be downloaded from the course portal.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of enrollment, provided no course materials have been accessed.
- No refunds will be issued after course materials have been accessed or if the course has been partially or fully completed.
5. Technical Requirements
- Participants must have access to a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity.
- The course platform supports the latest versions of major web browsers. It is recommended to use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari for optimal performance.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for course administration and certification purposes.
- Participant data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7. Intellectual Property
- All course materials are the intellectual property of the course provider and are protected by copyright laws.
- Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of course materials is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The course provider is not liable for any technical issues or interruptions in service that may affect course access.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with continuing education requirements as mandated by the Dental Board of California.
